Ok, this is easy pay attention. Get yourself a flexible tape measure or if you don't have that, anything you can wrap around your head and measure later, like a piece of sting.

Wrap it around your head about 1/2 an inch above your ears to middle of the forehead and compare with the chart below.

Now do it again - "measure twice - cut once". If you are not sure, we will help you.
