Our Return Policy ...

We certainly wish to provide you with exactly what we describe.  So, okay,
measure your head and use the sizing chart to make certain that you're
ordering the correct size for yourself.  If for some reason you need a
different size, we'll do everything to make it right but the shipping costs
for the replacement hat will be yours.  If it's anything to do with our
mistake on our end . we'll cover the shipping.

Now, if you're returning a hat for credit it must be within 14 days, unworn,
and returned with all the original information and care tags.  We cannot
accept a hat back if they've been removed.  Really.  The credit will be for
the hat only.  The cost of the shipping will be yours.

Tell us with an e-mail if you need an exchange or return.  We'll then e-mail
you back, straight-away with all the information you will need.  Hopefully
you will never need to use this page.
